Fish On! Personalized Wooden Sobriety Medallion

A fish leaps above sweeping waves, with a looping fishing line framing the scene. The Fish On! design brings a love of fishing into a personal keepsake for a sober birthday or recovery milestone.

Personalize your medallion

Choose AA, NA, CA, MA, or No Program Logo. Name engraving and a sobriety date are optional. The form confirms your selected date and previews the milestone for dates up to today.

For the back, choose No Backside, Serenity Prayer, Just for Today, One Day at a Time, Walking Sunlight, or a Custom Message. A custom message can include up to 200 characters, with a choice of four fonts.

Made for your milestone

She made this special for me and did an excellent job. I can’t wait to give it to my husband. You can’t find a catfish on anything. She worked real with me to help make this PERFECT! Shipping and packaging were great. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! 🥰🥰
