Soberthdays Return & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Products

All Soberthdays products are custom-made to your specifications. Because each item is personalized and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect order placement, or buyer's remorse.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind our work. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at soberthdays@gmail.com.

To resolve the issue, simply send us:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item showing the defect or error

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or full refund at your choice—no need to ship the item back.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer protection law, the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized. However, we will still make it right if your item arrives defective or incorrect.
