Soberthdays creates personalized sobriety celebration products. Our store is powered by Shopify. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Soberthdays.
Orders & Personalization
All Soberthdays products are made to order based on information you provide. When placing an order:
- You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (names, dates, spelling, etc.) are correct before submitting your order
- Please review your order confirmation carefully—this is exactly what we will produce
- Once an order enters production, we cannot accept changes or cancellations
- We produce items as submitted; we are not responsible for errors in information you provide
By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your payment method for your order total including applicable taxes and shipping.
Pricing
Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price you pay. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
Production & Shipping
Our products are made to order, which means there is a production period before your item ships. Estimated production and delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Once your package is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days at soberthdays@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once verified, we'll provide a replacement or refund—no return shipment needed.

Product Descriptions
We do our best to accurately represent our products. However, colors may appear differently on your screen than in person due to device settings. Minor variations in handcrafted items are normal and not considered defects.
